ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-4 business days to let you know your order is on the way.

STANDARD SHIPPING Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days using Australia Post. Free Standard shipping applies on orders over $80.00. While a standard shipping fee of $9.95 applies on all orders under $80.00.

EXPRESS SHIPPING Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days using Australia Post. Free express shipping applies on orders over $120.00 While a express shipping fee of $12.95 applies on all orders under $120.00.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is sealed, unused and in its original condition, a full refund will be provided minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@veeore.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
