ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-4 business days to let you know your order is on the way.

STANDARD SHIPPING Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days using Australia Post. Free Standard shipping applies on orders over $110.00. While a standard shipping fee of $7.50 applies on all orders under $110.00.

EXPRESS SHIPPING Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days using Australia Post. Free express shipping applies on orders over $200.00 While a express shipping fee of $12.90 applies on all orders under $220.00.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES, At Veeorè, we take great care in the quality of every product we create. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will happily arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@veeore.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
