Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-4 business days to let you know your order is on the way.

STANDARD SHIPPING Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days using Australia Post. Free Standard shipping applies on orders over $95.00. While a standard shipping fee of $7.50 applies on all orders under $95.00.

EXPRESS SHIPPING Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days using Australia Post. Free express shipping applies on orders over $150.00 While a express shipping fee of $12.90 applies on all orders under $150.00.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES, We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, provided the item is sealed, unused and in its original condition. Refunds are only accepted and processed once the item has been received back to Veeorè in its original condition. Once received, a full refund will be provided, minus the original cost of shipping the item to you and the cost of returning the item to us. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@veeore.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
