Refund policy

We handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Sorry, but we are unable to accept returned orders for change of mind, inclusive of purchases that have been made in error (e.g. accidentally ordering an item incorrectly).

Any returns outside of this are assessed on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion. Where a return is considered, the request must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be sealed, unused and in its original condition with proof of purchase. Meeting these conditions does not guarantee that a return or refund will be approved.

To enquire about a return, contact us at hello@veeore.com.au. Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted. If a return is approved, a refund is only processed once the item has been received back at Veeorè in its original condition. Once received, a refund will be provided minus the original cost of shipping the item to you and the cost of returning the item to us.

Damaged or faulty items Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us as soon as possible at hello@veeore.com.au, with your order number and a photo of the item's condition, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item. We assess these individually and will work with you towards a satisfactory solution, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed skincare and personal care products cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, the fastest option is to enquire about returning your item and, if approved, place a separate order for the new one.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
