Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping (3–5 business days via Australia Post) is free on orders over $95, or $7.50 under that. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is free over $150, or $12.90 under that.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns aren't accepted, but if an item is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging, get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we'll consider a return case by case. Once we receive it back in original condition, you'll get a refund minus the original and return shipping cost. Opened skincare items, sale items, and gift cards can't be returned for hygiene and policy reasons.
